Business and investment may benefit from CA's groundbreaking global warming legislation

The majority leaders of the California legislature and Governor Schwarzenegger have agreed on a bill that would cut global warming pollution - mainly carbon dioxide emissions - 25% by the year 2020, bringing emissions down to 1990 levels. Read full article here.

Some publications like the Wall Street Journal are reporting that this bill faces opposition from business, but many business leaders believe the legislation will spur innovation and new clean energy technologies that will make California a world leader - and exporter - in this arena.
