Let's Roll: California could lead the way on global warming solutions

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger may sign into law a bill that would reduce the amount of global warming pollution - mainly carbon dioxide - emitted in California 25% by the year 2020. This bill would go further than any other in the country because it limits carbon dioxide emission from any big business, not just power plants. Full story here.

This is a great opportunity to open up CA's economic markets to clean energy technologies, spurring innovation, investment, and more local sources of energy (they're importing lots of coal now, so why not make that homegrown solar?).
