PA gets even greener, friendlier to renewable energy business

Compared to ethanol in the Midwest, solar in California or wind in Texas, Pennsylvania may seem like an unlikely player in the clean energy game. In fact, Pennsylvania is a national leader, announcing yesterday that it will double the amount of green energy it uses to 20%. PA also has a great business environment for renewable technologies, rightfully stealing a wind turbine manufacturing plant from Minnesota in 2004 because of its more favorable business climate. What is your state doing to transition to a renewable energy system for the 21st century?
