Nissan CEO discusses clean fuels and global warming

In a recent interview with Fortune Magazine, Renault/Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn discusses cleaner fuels and global warming. He said the challenge for automakers is to quickly assess customers' needs and then respond with relevant vehicles. Europe, South America, and North America are at different places with their needs, whether it's hybrids or cars that run on diesel or biofuels.

Ghosn goes on to say that global warming must be taken very seriously, and that whatever is done to reduce global warming pollution and increase fuel efficiency will only help us.
