Talk About Innovation: Japanese Bed Cooler

Between heated toilet seats in every bathroom and now this new invention of a bed cooler, I'm about ready to move to Japan.

The bed cooler uses two fans at the base of a mattress pad to pull the cool air from above and push it between your hot (temperature, I mean) body and the mattress.

Good-bye sweaty nights of sleep!

According to EcoGeek, the device is quite efficient; even if used 8 hours each day for 30 days straight, it would only cost about 25 cents to run.

That's got to be a lot less expensive than running the air conditioner all night!
