Speaking of cap-and-trade, it seems to be everywhere lately in state politics. My own Governor Tim Pawlenty signed a deal with other Midwest states to set up a carbon trading market, and now Oregon's Governor Ted Kulongoski is proposing the same to the state legislature there.

anything that the governor or the people of oregon thinks is good for the green economy, i agree with. they always seem so far ahead of the curve when it comes to environmental issues and i'm sure their governor has great people giving him information. in my opinion dont be surprised if more politicians support the cap and trade in the near future.
