What if the heavy Canadian tar sands could be cleanly converted into a new, stronger Btu biofuel? What if CO2 from these tar sands once gasified could be utilized simply as more carbon feedstock to produce the new fuel? What if refineries could vacuum and recycle their CO2 emissions as well? What if some technology exists - technology which has been proven and utilized before - technology which isn't main stream right now which could recycle the problem emissions back around as a profitable, near-term solution. What then?
